{"id":454,"date":"2022-05-03T08:18:16","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T08:18:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/confictaservices.com\/?p=454"},"modified":"2022-05-03T08:18:16","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T08:18:16","slug":"payment-of-annual-registrar-levy-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/confictaservices.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/03\/payment-of-annual-registrar-levy-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Payment of annual Registrar Levy 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Payment of annual Registrar Levy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every company, registered in the Registrar of Companies, must pay an annual fee of three hundred and fifty euros (\u20ac350) by 30th of June of each year of its operation.<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that, if a company fails to timely pay the annual fee it is subject to a\u00a0late charge as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for payment within two (2) months from the 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of June (i.e. up until 31st August), the charge imposed equals to an additional ten percent (10%) on the original fee, thus making the total amount to be paid three hundred and eighty-five euros (\u20ac385);<\/li>\n<li>for payment within five (5) months from the 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0June (i.e. up until 30th November), the charge imposed equals to an additional 30% on the original fee, thus making the total amount to be paid four hundred and ninety euros (\u20ac490).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Payment of annual Registrar Levy Every company, registered in the Registrar of Companies, must pay an annual fee of three hundred and fifty euros (\u20ac350) by 30th of June of each year of its operation.
